Hi beautiful brides-to-be, 


We hope you are doing well during this difficult time. We have had a lof of change over the last few months and hope you are coping well. A lot of our lovely customers have had to post-pone their weddings coming up this year and early next year due to COVID-19 which is very upsetting for us, let alone you! 


As you all already know, we are a small, niche and loving boutique. We take pride in offering a tailored experience for you all in store, and although this pandemic has tried to alter this, we are doing everything we can to keep everything as normal as possible. 


So what has changed in store? 

 We understand that this is a lot of change to deal with as a customer, so we have tried to ease the burden of COVID-19 as much as possible in store, so this does not affect your experience at all! 

A little reminder of our guidelines; 

???? If you or your guest are unwell before your appointment day please contact us and let us know for our staff safety, your entry will depend on your temperature on arrival if it is above 37.8C we will have to turn you away.
????We will be asking you to sanitise your hands upon arrival, and bring along your own mask, if you do not have your own mask, one will be provided for you!
???? We will be working strictly by appointment only and will not be able to accept any walk-in appointments.
???? We are working with strict Government guidelines, therefore, we are only able to accommodate a total of two guests for each appointment.
???? We ask that you please follow our strict 2 metre social distancing floor guidelines at all times for your safety and ours.
???? Please expect our team to be in full PPE including masks, disposable blush aprons (of course!) and gloves.
????The customer will be asked to step into the gown in the changing room and the consultant will then step in with full PPE to assist. The bride should be the only person in your party touching our gowns with gloves on, to prevent contamination!
????After a dress has been tried on, the assistant will remove the dress into a specially prepared quarantine area. Deep steaming and disinfection with Dettol fabric spray will be carried out & the dress will be left for 72 hrs.
????Appointments should be finished exactly on time to allow for the sterilisation of the bridal room before the next client, you will be guided by your consultant. Please note, weekday appointments can be more flexible and Saturday appointments will be a bit more limited due to high demand.
????We will only be allowing the bride to try a limited amount of dresses due to each gown needing to be quarantined for 72 hours after trying and to keep you all safe. Therefore, please take a look at our website and gauge an idea of styles you may like ready to show us in store!
????Please let your consultant know if you would like to virtually involve other family members, facilities will be ready for you!!
???? Cold bottles of water will be ready for you for your appointment!
????Toilet facilities are prohibited during your appointment.
We have worked super hard to ensure that our boutique fits the Government guidelines and is safe for you and our staff. Although COVID-19 isn’t pretty we have worked hard to make our boutique as pretty as possible regardless to all the PPE & safety guidelines. Please note these guidelines are all new to us and they will contstanly be reviewed until we are able to go back to normal!
