Yes it is advisable to book to view & try dresses on this will ensure our time is devoted to you. 🤍
We normally allow an hour for a bridal appointment, if you think you will need a longer appointment of course we can arrange this mid-week or on our late night 🤍
You are of course welcome to bring your bridal party of choice, however, we do recommend a maximum of 4 guests, this is because the more opinions you have can sometimes confuse the bride, once the bride has said "yes" to her gown we can always arrange a reveal mid-week for her other guests 🤍
We discourage bringing children or babies to your appointment as they would need supervising at all times & we feel it takes away from the brides' experience 🤍
For your initial appointment we just ask you bring something to tie your hair up with should we need to do so, however if you have any specific accessories of course you're welcome to bring them along 🤍
We have outlet prices dresses from £650-£1000 and our full price range is between £1300-£2200. We have a dress to suit every budget so if you fall in love with a gown that's over budget, we will offer you a off the peg price all we ask is make us aware of your budget from the start 🤍
Our designers' samples are cut from a size 10-22 depending on the time of year & if we've have sold certain sizes off the peg our sizes in store may vary 🤍
Most wedding dresses take approximately 6-9 months to make, however we can accolade short dates as our designer can carry stock of certain styles subject to availability so don't worry, we can usually accolade most short dates & also have off the peg dresses 🤍
Yes, we work alongside a separate company & all alterations are carried out within the store 🤍
All bridal gowns are sizes the closest to your measurements however alterations are always needed to tailor the dress to your shape, they are chargeable & the costs will vary depending on what work needs to be carried out 🤍
Unfortunately, we do not have the space to store your dress for longer than 14 days once it's arrived in store 🤍
